The property is situated in a quiet street with easy access to the A20 and nearby attractions such as Leeds Castle. the host, Kate, was friendly and accommodating, offering a choice of breakfast options and even making cups of tea and coffee upon our arrival. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, with a bright and airy feel. the en suite shower room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the off-road private parking and the offer of a front door key for our late return from a concert at Mote Park. Overall, Kate's B&B provided a welcoming and homely atmosphere, with a good value proposition for those looking for a comfortable stay in Maidstone.
